CRM means to create a relationship with our target audience and market segment. The more faithful and greater prescription capacity a customer has, this relationship becomes a key strength for the brand.

The CRM strategy allows us to create, control, keep and extend these relationships, building up a community around our brand. From rosa gómez-acebo (communication consultants) we consider this relationship between brand and target audience strategic for a company´s success.

So, we structure our services in two areas: customer attraction and loyalty.

  1. CUSTOMER ATTRACTION.-a good optimized and correctly segmented data base would allow us to develop a loyalty strategy to impact directly on salesin the future.

  2. LOYALTY.-At this stage is where it really comes into play what we call CRM. With our well segmented data base, we will develop a strategy in which we’ll decide the audience we want to reach, which messages are going to be delivered and which tools will be used: email, mailing, sms campaign, telemarketing, etc.
